  2. Using the back of a spoon to squeeze out the liquid, but not too hard. - - Set aside in the fridge to chill. - - Prepare coffee cream.
  3. In a bowl, add coffee, sugar and water. - - Using a whisk or a hand mixer, whip until thick and creamy. - - Pour oat milk into serving glass.
  4. Spoon the coffee cream over the top. - - Stir and enjoy immediately.
