Steps to make Chocolate Coffee Cake:
  1. Sieve flour baking powder and cocoo powder three time and put a side.
  2. Beat eggs till fluffy.
  3. Add sugar and beat till creamy
  4. Add essence and coffee in warm water
  5. Mix well. Fold dry ingredients
  6. Pour in 8x8 round greasy and lined with butter paper pan.
  7. Bake on 180 degree for 30-35 mins. Sponge is ready.
  8. Beat cream till peaks formed. And colour in half.
  9. Cut sponge in center.
  10. Soak with milk mixture. Apply cream
  11. Put the second part on it, plaster it crumb coat. Put it in freezer for 15 mins.
  12. Plaster again. Apply cream as u want decoration.
  13. In last I put sprinkles in center.
  14. Ready
