I reckon it would make you feel sick if you consumed to much thou. Carefully pour the Chambord over the back of a teaspoon in order to float it on top of the Bailey's. She was distracted and didn't realise how much she was drinking. It sure made for a memorable Christmas for my broth.

  2. Put all ingredients EXCEPT from Water, Vanilla & Whiskey.
  3. Heat together until all dissolved and heated through (do not boil, I would suggest a low-mid setting)
  4. Remove from the heat
  5. Add…. Water, Vanilla & Whiskey
  6. Pour through a sieve into a jug
  7. Pour into a bottle (approx 1 Litre) through a funnel
  8. Refrigerate
  9. Keep in the fridge for up to 3 days
  10. Add extra cooled, boiled water, Alcohol or Cream according to taste and thickness.
