  4. Is ko chalni ki madad sy chan kar tea ko ksi piyalay ya cup mein nikal lain. Honey/sugar to taste add kar lain.
  5. Ab garam garam Ginger tea ke chotay chotay sip lain. Din mein 2-3 baar peena zada effective rehta ha.
