- After 2 hours take out the dough, again knead for 7-8 minutes to make a soft pliable dough.
- Take a (8*5) inch size loaf tin and dust little semolina at the bottom. This will not let the bread stick to the bottom.
- Place the dough in the loaf pan to fit the pan.
- Sprinkle some oats or you can also use some crushed nuts.
- Again keep the pan in a warm place until the dough becomes double in size again.
- Bake it in a preheated oven at 180 degree C for about 30 minutes. The bread will sound hollow if you knock. This is the indication that the bread is baked perfectly.
- When the bread cools down, demould it and cut in slices.
- Enjoy with a cup of tea or coffee. The bread in soft, little sweet and flavoured with chocolate and coffee.
