  5. Get some chocolate and melt it using the double boiler method. When it melts, add the reserved coffee and mix it properly. Use this to cover the top of your cake. In case your chocolate siezes, just add a teaspoon of milk and it shd be fine. The chocolate will sieze if the heat used to melt it was too much so instead of placing it directly in another pot of boiling water. The bottom bowl shd just have very hot water and the top bowl shd not sit directly on it. The steam is enough to melt it.
